WE provide energy-efficient Infrared flash dryers units to flash cure screen printed ink on t-shirts, garments and textiles. This Flasher Unit works with both automatic and manual presses. Its lamps are divided into different zones, which can be operated independently or in any combination. Its adjustable optical sensor switch can be positioned on either side of the flash, allowing the Flasher to match the rotation direction of the press. The sensor doesn''t require a signal from the press, making it easy to move the unit between printheads or presses without time-consuming. Flash-cure duration can be controlled by a digital timer which automatically shuts off the flash cure unit. This helps to prevent over-flashing, which is a major cause of dye migration and synthetic garment shrinkage.

We manufacture many models of flash cures with a wide range of sizes and wattages. Custom sizes and designs are also available upon request.
